Goldman Sachs Asset Management is leading a group of private credit lenders in discussions to provide approximately £750m ($971m) in private credit financing to SLR Consulting, an environmental advisory firm owned by private equity firm Ares Management Corp, according to a report by Bloomberg. The Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System board has approved new investment commitments totalling approximately $720m, including allocations to a private credit fund and tow private equity funds. Global investment firm Carlyle has agreed to invest in SEIDOR, a technology services and solutions consultancy. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
