The new fund will be called Pershing Square USA and will list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol PSUS. But the fee will be waived for the first 12 months after the IPO. The idea is that the fund will essentially be a publicly traded hedge fund, but with lower fees and quicker access to capital.
